Cancellation Policy

Bank card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel their appointment are requested to provide at least 24hours notice otherwise we regret we will automatically charge a 50% cancellation fee. If we are closed, please leave a message onour answer phone

Lateness

 Whilst every effort is make to accommodate unforseen circumstances, late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. We regret we may have to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than fifteen minutes late.

Mobile Phones

 Utopia is about getting away from it all so we ask that you turn off your phone the moment you arrive, this is not only so you will be able to relax, but also to ensure that our other clients are not disturbed.

Your Time

 Children are welcome in the reception area at Utopia but are not allowed in our treatment rooms for their own safety.

Making it Last

You are encouraged to continue the experience at home with practices and products recommended especially for you.
