At Utopia we are always looking for ways to keep up with and in front of new technology and Facebook whether you like it or not seems like it is here to stay with currently over 500 million members and growing daily, there's a good chance that if you are reading this you also are on Facebook.
We think it is a great instant and non intrusive way of keeping you up to date with all the daily happenings/ photos / news and more importantly promotions and freebies were you get to save big time.
So we have come up with the:
Facebook Standby service

This brand new service is EXCLUSIVE to Utopia Facebook fans only! Another bonus to being a Utopia fan...we look after our fans :-)

SO WHAT IS FACEBOOK STANDBY?

Stand-by is an opportunity for our fans to have a variety of our services by any of our Therapists from up to 50% off.

Basically, just like airlines who sell standby seats on flights at knock down rates to those who are prepared to take a chance at the last minute...we are doing the same with treatments.

HOW DOES FACEBOOK STANDBY SERVICE WORK?

There are STRICT rules that go with our Facebook standby service so read on very carefully to see how you can bag yourself one of our wonderful treatments like a Dermalogica Facial for £30 or an Organic Crystal Microdermabrasion Facial for £35.

Each day...if there are un booked appointments we will allocate a few...just for Facebook fans... from as little as 50% of the normal price...a price will be quoted to you at the time of booking and prices range from day to day.

If you want an appointment you must call us the day before... half an hour before close of day (see our opening hours on our information page) and ask if there are any standby appointments the following morning/afternoon, phone us first thing in the morning, or check out our Facebook fan page remember to quote Facebook standby! when you book....there is NO GUARANTEE of standby appointments any day...it's a chance you take.

We will not allocate stand-by appointments any earlier than this so please don't ask :-)

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO STANDBY APPOINTMENTS ON SATURDAYS OR LATE NIGHTS........available Monday - Friday only Also our 50% stand-by rate is only ever available on morning standby

So there you have it fans...this service is exclusive to Facebook fans only, tell your friends they too can get access to this great offer but they must be a Facebook Fan...remember there are no guarantees of stand-by appointments, it's a chance you take...ideal for people who are willing to wait to the last minute who have no preferred therapist.

RULES

• There are no guarantees of stand-by and a few are only allocated if there are unfilled appointments.
• We will ONLY allocate 30 mins before the end of day for the next day appointments at the earliest.
• You can of course call us first thing in the morning for morning standby but your chances are better if you call the day before...30 mins before closing, keep an eye on our facebook fan page.
• Our Facebook Standby price system is strict and you cannot request a preferred therapist
• You cannot use any other vouchers with the standby program
